Kristoffer Lungfelt

Kristoffer Ljungfelt

“After graduation from Lund University in Sweden, my aim was to work within a leading, international organization. I joined the AIESEC internship program at Electrolux and was offered a position of Financial Controller. During this one year experience, I found exactly what I was looking for! My fulfilled expectations led me to signing a full time agreement with Electrolux.
Through my work I have managed to get an impressive network that today covers all continents and over 30 countries. Being a team member in this international environment is often challenging, but at the end of the day it enhances my creativity and helps me to develop not only as a professional colleague but also as a person.
Although I am working in a finance department, I believe that my contribution can really change the life of our customers. This is an interesting thought that creates a certain drive within the entire organization. When you join Electrolux, you get the feeling that your efforts and ideas can actually make a difference to everyday life throughout the world. That's a world class inspiration!”

Anna Radziwonowska

“I joined Electrolux as an AIESEC trainee, after graduation from Technical University in Poland. I started my traineeship in Stockholm on September 2005. I chose Electrolux mainly because it is a big international company and it provides a lot of options for future development. Upon a year, I was offered a position as Logistics Quality Specialist in Poland, which gave me the opportunity to work in a newly build company and make efforts on its up growth. Setting quality standards into logistics organization is my main responsibility and also my personal challenge. Every day is bringing new knowledge and allows me to be creative. Working for a leading organization with international team spirit makes me achieve both business and personal targets and this is what I was looking for.”

Vladimir Spiridon

“I’ve always strived to exceed the expectations and to be the best in my environment, and the satisfaction provided by the accomplishment of these results kept me going further and aiming for the best. The permanent study scholarship given by the Management University in Bucharest and then in Barcelona for my results, the Diplomas obtained in my optional activities, the working experiences with other top multinational companies, were the beginning of this path which I’ve chosen to continue together with Electrolux, after finishing my internship inside the Revenue Management Department. Since the first months, I’ve had the chance to be involved in cross-functional and cross-cultural projects, which gave me the opportunity to interact with a very broad area of the business and with all the countries in the region. This enabled me to get to know the correlations and interdependencies which contribute to a profitable and healthy growth of our business sectors, providing me the “big picture” and the general view from which I can then identify the key action points and drill down into the details in order to be able to take the optimum decisions. So to learn and to be involved so much inside the company in the above circumstances, it is the greatest thing for virtually any employee for revealing him a complete and strong understanding of the business  in a relatively short period of time.
One of the most unique and enriching aspects of being part of Electrolux is working with a highly competitive and motivated team, receptive and cooperative, able to work enthusiastically under pressure, committed to high quality work and great effort capacity. Those are some of the key characteristics which create the perfect environment for sustainable growth individually and, subsequently, for the company as a whole.
Those are only few of the elements which make Electrolux a great company to work with and provide me the powerful motivation needed to maintain those standards and be a valuable and reliable colleague and employee.”

Zeynep Kollu

"Following the completion of my studies at the university, I was looking for a challenging opportunity within a global perspective, and right at that time I joined the Electrolux world. My introduction was through the AIESEC organization, which does a great job in finding young individuals eager to work hard and achieve outstanding results.  During 2 years at Electrolux, I have enjoyed to be part of an organization, which has offered me challenging opportunities, teamwork, and intercultural understanding. My experience in the purchasing department has developed me professionally and personally. It allows me to utilize the analytical thinking of engineering and the commercial knowledge gained during MBA studies. I can say I have come into a truly international environment, where employees are really given the chance to develop their career through mobility and exciting challenges."
