Codes and policies
Electrolux codes are based on fundamental conventions of the International Labor Organization and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises.
Codes and Policies

The Electrolux Group Code of Ethics was adopted in February 2004 by the Group’s Board of Directors. The Code formalizes the principles by which the Group conducts its relations with employees, shareholders, business partners and other stakeholders.

Our Workplace Code of Conduct and Policy on Countering Corruption and Bribery fall under the umbrella of the Code of Ethics and are more operational in nature. The environmental policy has been in place since 1993 and was last updated in 2001. You can access these codes and policies in several languages under related pages, at the right hand side of the screen.

Position statements address environmental issues that surface frequently in the public and legal debates, and have the potential to impact Electrolux business. They are approved by Group management. These position statements include ozone depleting substances, climate change and hydrocarbon refrigerants. Together with the formulations of our codes and policies these position statements can be accessed by downloading "Electrolux sustainabililty codes and policies" under related files to the right of the screen.
